What is PakkaProof?
PakkaProof for e-commerce records each parcel being packed on the seller's phone, fingerprints the video with SHA-256 on that phone, timestamps it and stores it in write-once storage. When a buyer files an empty-box, wrong-item or damaged-item claim on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or a courier, the seller shares the sealed video with a Section 63 BSA certificate; anyone can re-check that it hasn't been edited.

E-commerce: returns and claims
- Can I pause a recording?
- No. Pausing breaks the chain of custody, making the evidence invalid.
- What is the Gate?
- Before you record, PakkaProof checks the marketplace to confirm the order is real, paid and not yet shipped. Only confirmed orders can be captured, so every video is tied to a parcel that actually left your warehouse.
- Do buyers need to install an app?
- No. On Growth and Pro, you send the buyer a WhatsApp link. They watch the video in their browser and accept or reject it. If they don't respond within 72 hours, the video is treated as accepted.
- What happens if I go over my monthly order limit?
- There are no extra charges. Each plan includes a fixed number of orders a month (50, 500 or 5,000). When they are used up, recording stops for that month until you buy a new plan, so your bill never surprises you.
